Young actors will develop self-confidence through theatre games, grow listening skills through storytelling, and promote coordination through movement. Students will learn about expression through improv and mime, character creation, voice projection, enunciation, theatre vocabulary terms, proper stage entrances and exits, and performing in the spotlight.
Students will perform in a showcase event at the end of the fall and spring terms. Students registered in the fall term program may also audition for our spring musical theatre production and be considered for smaller roles which may include vocal solo parts as appropriate.
