Originally from Whistler, BC, Emily Eymundson was trained in figure skating, dance, and drama from a young age. She then danced and choreographed with Boston Dance Collective, Vibestreet Dance, and Oak Bay Secondary School Dance Programme as a teenager.
Emily studied Creative Industries of Acting & Dance Studies and Media Storytelling (Bachelor of Arts, Toronto Metropolitan University), Ballet at Canada’s National Ballet School, and TESOL Education at the Canada College of Education. She is completed her second degree in Drama and English Education at the University of Victoria in 2025.
Emily has worked in various roles within the performing arts, such as director, choreographer, stage manager, producer, videographer, performer, and marketing. Emily has worked internationally for the past 10+ years, touring in Asia, Europe, and North America with various works. Emily has been teaching at Amber Academy since 2023.
